Job summary

BOSEN HR PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Interior Designer in the Região Norte of Brazil to turn client ideas into functional spaces.

Responsibilities include creating concepts, mood boards, layouts, sourcing materials, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring safety codes. The role also involves client meetings, budgeting, and assisting the Design Director to ensure smooth delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited institution.
• Prefer a Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
• At least 2 years of interior design experience.
• Experience with condos, landed properties and commercial projects preferred.
• Proficient in 3ds Max, SketchUp and CAD.
• Experience with construction drawings.
• Direct sales experience encouraged.
• Able to work independently and confidently.
• Detail oriented and a good team player.
• Working rights required.

Job description

Job Scope and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements.




• Create design concepts, mood boards, and space layouts.




• Select and source furniture, fixtures, materials, and color palettes.




• Work with 3D visualizer to develop detailed design plans and 3D visualizations.




• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and suppliers during implementation.




• Ensure designs adhere to safety regulations and building codes.




• Incorporate ergonomic and functional elements into interior layouts.




• Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.




• Managing sales by developing business plans.




• Following up on pre-qualified leads to ensure quick turnaround time on contacting the customers.




• Find and Meet new clients, understand their requirements in detail, and convert them into customers.




• Assist the Design Director on projects to ensure smooth delivery to the clients.

Requirements

• Degree in Interior Design, or a related field in an accredited institution. Prefer have bachelor of science in architecture




• At least 2 years of working experience in the Interior Design industry, candidates with experience in private condominiums, landed properties and commercial projects will have an added advantage.




• Proficient in 3D Max, Sketch up and CAD and related software.




• Experienced in construction drawings.
