Job summary

AMXON CONSTRUCTORS PTE LTD is seeking a BIM/Draftsperson to prepare clear and accurate working plans and detail drawings from rough sketches and notes. You will use CAD and BIM software to complete drawings, check dimensions, and finalize sketches for proposed drawings, ensuring precision in parts dimensions and coordination.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural/Architecture, a BIM certificate, and at least 2 years of hands-on BIM (Autodesk Revit) experience, with ability

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural/Architecture or equivalent.
• Possess BIM certificate.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in AutoCAD Drafting and Autodesk Revit Modelling.
• Able to read and understand working drawings (architecture, structural and M&E).
• Capable of working independently with strong self-motivation.
• Skilled in producing BIM documentation, modelling, coordination, and drawings.
• Proven track record with at least 2 years of hands-on BIM (Autodesk Revit) experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilise drafting packages and software to complete drawings.

About the role

This role involves preparing clear, complete and accurate working plans and detail drawings from rough or detailed sketches or notes. You will utilise knowledge of various drafting packages and software to complete drawings, make final sketches of proposed drawings, and check dimensions of parts.

Key responsibilities

• Operate computer-aided design (CAD) software and manual drafting workstations

• Operate BIM & MicroStation systems

• Prepare clear, complete and accurate working plans and detail drawings from rough or detailed sketches or notes

• Utilise knowledge of various drafting packages and software to complete drawings

• Prepare drawing and plan

• Make final sketch of proposed drawing, checking dimension of parts

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Civil / Structural / Architecture or equivalent
