Jobtailor seeks a senior architectural project professional to lead infrastructure and visual identity initiatives for service stations and franchises. You will drive architectural design using Revit and AutoCAD, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance across Brazil.

The role requires strong budgeting, cost analysis, and portfolio management skills, plus willingness to travel nationwide.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Urban Planning; Civil Engineering preferred.
• Postgraduate degree in Commercial Architecture is a plus.
• Willingness to travel throughout Brazil.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience developing, coordinating, and monitoring architectural projects.
• Knowledge of budgets, takeoffs and cost compositions.

• Support the development and management of projects related to the infrastructure and visual identity of service stations, franchises, Smart Centers, and other commercial engineering initiatives.


• Conduct architectural surveys, site visits, and technical inspections.


• Prepare studies, layouts, and technical drawings.


• Develop, review, and coordinate architectural designs using Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and technical requirements.


• Liaise with internal clients, franchisees, dealers, suppliers, designers, and approved contractors.


• Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders, presenting projects and clarifying architectural, visual identity, and standardization guidelines.


• Support business decision-making through technical analyses and recommendations aligned with the company’s strategies.


• Prepare cost estimates, quantity takeoffs, market research, and comparative analyses of solutions.


• Prepare CapEx cost compositions for commercial construction projects, including managing and updating the company’s system, using the Converge application, and analyzing price formation statements.


• Develop technical specifications, descriptive memoranda, calculation reports, and other documents required for contracting processes.


• Ensure the application of portfolio management governance methodologies, processes, and tools.


• Monitor and inspect construction work, ensuring compliance with technical standards, applicable regulations, safety requirements, quality, schedule, and cost targets.


• Support continuous improvement, innovation, and the advancement of the area’s technical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering.


• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Commercial Architecture is a plus.


• Willingness to travel throughout Brazil.


• Advanced knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.


• Experience developing, coordinating, and monitoring architectural projects.


• Knowledge of preparing and analyzing budgets, quantity takeoffs, and cost compositions.


• Ability to use modeling and technical drawing tools to develop engineering and architectural solutions and support decision-making.


• Knowledge of regulatory standards applicable to the sector, including ANP, operational safety, and environmental requirements.


• Experience in the fuel distribution or energy infrastructure sector.


• Experience implementing and/or retrofitting fuel stations.


• Experience managing large-scale project portfolios.


• Experience with network or franchise expansion models, including nationwide rollout operations.


• Experience with project and portfolio management methodologies.


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously.


• Analytical ability to prepare cost estimates, develop technical solutions, and solve problems.


• Ability to monitor projects and ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
