Jobtailor seeks a senior multidisciplinary engineering leader to coordinate civil, infrastructure, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and automation for the Underground Project. You will manage EPCM contracts and ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

You will lead design reviews and constructability analyses, mentor a high-performing team, and act as a technical reference across procurement, implementation, and commissioning, with periodic travel to Itagibá, Bahia, Brazil.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and/or related fields.
• Specialization in Project Management, Engineering Management, Mining, and/or related fields.
• PMP certification is considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with BIM, Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SmartPlant, AVEVA E3D, and/or equivalent platforms.
• Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Extensive experience in industrial project engineering, mining, or large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience coordinating detailed engineering for mining projects, industrial infrastructure, and/or process plants.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering firms and EPCM or Engineering Services contracts.
• Experience with medium- and large-scale capital (CAPEX) projects.
• Experience leading design reviews, interface management, and the resolution of interdisciplinary conflicts.
• Knowledge of project development processes, from FEL/Basic Engineering through Detailed Engineering and implementation support.
• Experience managing engineering schedules, costs, risks, and performance indicators.
• Knowledge of integrated engineering methodologies, BIM, AWP, and constructability practices.
• Experience in underground mining is considered an advantage.
• Availability for periodic travel to Santa Rita Mine in Itagibá, Bahia, Brazil is required.

• Lead, develop, and mentor the engineering team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
• Serve as a technical reference supporting procurement, implementation, and commissioning phases.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate standards.
