Jobtailor in Jundiaí, São Paulo, seeks a Civil Engineer focused on cost estimation and investment planning for highway infrastructure. You will analyze feasibility, prepare multi-year investment plans, and collaborate with technical, procurement, and planning teams.

The role requires on-site availability three days per week, strong Excel/AutoCAD skills, BIM modeling, and familiarity with SICRO/SINAPI/DER/SP. Join a team driving value engineering and process improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience estimating highway infrastructure or heavy civil construction projects.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
• Experience interfacing with technical, Procurement, and Planning departments.
• Availability to work on-site in Jundiaí, São Paulo, three days per week.
• Knowledge of BIM modeling for quantity takeoffs and cost simulations.
• Knowledge of SICRO, SINAPI, and DER/SP.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct studies and prepare estimates for investments and new business opportunities.
• Develop, understand, and critically analyze deliverables.
• Evaluate the economic and financial feasibility of solutions and projects.
• Prepare the concessionaires' five-year, multi-year investment plans.
• Identify contractual and non-contractual investment needs.
• Prepare and update estimates for non-contracted works.
• Analyze the financial impacts of design changes, unforeseen services, and expense claims.
• Technically verify quantities, new prices, and contractual compliance.
• Negotiate cost engineering matters with the Granting Authority.
• Prepare technical responses and justifications, and participate in meetings with regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with Motiva Rodovias' departments to structure value engineering initiatives.
• Analyze documented lessons learned and contribute to their identification and documentation.
• Work with Procurement to identify cost-effective solutions.
• Research scenarios, trends, products, and construction solutions for highway engineering.
• Drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Knowledge of public cost databases, including SICRO, SINAPI, and DER/SP
• Familiarity with the analysis and preparation of contract amendments
• Availability to work on-site in Jundiaí, São Paulo, three days per week
• Knowledge of Compor 90 and SAP
• Knowledge of BIM modeling for quantity takeoffs and cost simulations
