- Support the control and organization of the department's reports.
- Assist with updating control spreadsheets, operational indicators and tracking department processes.
- Provide support in receiving, sorting and entering technical data from insurance policies and proposals.
- Assist in preparing administrative reports, presentations and supporting documents for the team.
- Help schedule meetings, liaise with internal and external partners, and organize the team's calendar.
- Contribute to the maintenance and digital archiving of the history of processes and claims under review.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or beginning a degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Production, Electrical or related) or technical/high school education.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and analytical ability.
- Organized, detail-oriented and eager to learn about the insurance industry.
- Interest in developing practical knowledge of operational and infrastructure risk analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) to support spreadsheet and administrative data management.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint or editing tools to assist with presentations and basic reports.
- Familiarity with corporate communication and collaboration tools (such as email, Teams or Outlook).
