Jobtailor in Contagem, Brazil, seeks a candidate pursuing degrees in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Actuarial Science to assist governance, risk, compliance, and insurance activities. The role focuses on data consolidation, SOx control support, and reporting using SAP and Power BI.

You will gain experience in risk analysis, insurance claims monitoring, and management reporting while preparing materials for audits and trainings. A two-year contract is expected.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and/or Actuarial Science.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Intermediate English
• Availability for a 2-year contract

• Advanced Microsoft Office (including Power BI)

Responsabilidades

• Support the organization and recording of requests for risk and insurance committees (preparation of minutes, consolidation of materials, and follow-up on action plans)
• Assist in the control and monitoring of insurance claims and recommendations from insurers, ensuring information is organized
• Support the preparation of management reports and presentations to aid decision-making
• Consolidate and process data for risk analyses and monitoring of area indicators
• Assist in updating and maintaining risk matrices (strategic, tactical, operational, project, and asset risks)
• Support the management and updating of information in area systems (e.g., iB Risks, SAP, and Power BI)
• Monitor the progress of action plans and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in organizing trainings and communication activities for the business areas
• Provide support for internal and external audit requests, including organizing evidence
• Support the administrative and operational routines of the Governance, Risk, Compliance and Insurance area
• Assist in monitoring SOx controls and provide support to executors and owners
• Participate in the review and update of SOx control attributes (Walkthroughs)
