Job Description
The Application Developer role is responsible for developing and maintaining intuitive business processes and/or web applications for internal and external clients.
This is a remote position in Brazil.
What you will be doing
- Translate basic, moderate-risk solution designs into working code with oversight from team members; apply team standards in solution development.
- Safeguard the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the company's internal systems and data by following company security protocols.
- Maintain and support developed solutions.
- Assist with planning, prioritizing, and estimating incoming work.
- Communicate and gain approval from team members on developed solutions; revise and modify as necessary.
- Create, maintain, and update documentation of project code and processes following standards set forth by the team.
- Migrate solutions into production environments.
- Develop and execute unit and integration testing.
- Train and support end-user requests on developed solutions.
- Collaborate with other areas of the business in the development of solutions.
- Provide input on how to improve team standards.

- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience as an Application Developer.
- Experience with web development.
- Good coding skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact.

- Good collaboration skills, applied successfully within the team.
- Good interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of the department.

- Proficient knowledge of C#, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, IIS, and Visual Studio.
- Knowledge of web-server functionality.
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job.
- Up to 5% of travel time required.
