Jobtailor is seeking a data analytics professional in São Paulo to partner with Casa Riachuelo, translating business problems into analyses and driving data-driven decisions. You will build dashboards and datasets tailored to the Casa context, automate recurring analyses, and raise the team's analytical autonomy.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the CRM Data Science team and the use of AI for data analysis.

Qualificações

• Experience in data analysis and turning insights into business recommendations.
• Proficiency in SQL and data tools (Python, Advanced Excel).
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.

• Experience building dashboards in Power BI/Looker/Tableau.
• Retail or CRM experience.
• Experience working in matrixed or multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of analytical models (segmentation, propensity models, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the analytical partner for Casa Riachuelo team, understanding business problems and translating them into actionable analyses.

• Increase the team’s analytical autonomy, reducing dependence on external teams.
• Develop customer analyses (engagement, lifecycle, segmentations, purchasing behavior, etc.).
• Explore opportunities across commercial levers such as pricing, promotions, assortment and cross‑sell.
• Work closely with the CRM Data Science team to ensure technical alignment and best practices.
• Promote the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence for data analysis within the team.
