O papel envolve autonomia para implantar soluções ponta-a-ponta, integrar ferramentas e otimizar eficiência. Você trabalhará com CS, BI e Systems para evoluir operações de GTM, com visão orientada a dados, redução de churn e crescimento de receita em um ambiente SaaS dinâmico e de rápido

Qualificações

• Experiência comprovada com Gainsight CS em produção.
• Conhecimento de integrações entre Gainsight e outras plataformas.
• Conhecimento de operações de sucesso do cliente ou RevOps.
• Familiaridade com métricas de churn, health score, NRR e renewals.
• Entendimento técnico de APIs, webhooks ou ferramentas de integração.
• Capacidade de ler documentação técnica em inglês.

Responsabilidades

• Administrar Gainsight CS e melhorias contínuas (Rules Engine, Scorecards, CTAs).
• Desenhar automações para processos operacionais de CS.
• Construir integrações entre Gainspeed e ferramentas da stack de RevOps.
• Investigar e resolver incidentes de performance e fluxos de dados.
• Colaborar com CS, BI e Systems para evoluir soluções.
• Identificar oportunidades de IA em fluxos operacionais.
• Garantir governança de dados e arquitetura entre ferramentas RevOps.

This role sits at the core of Revenue Operations, connecting data, systems, and processes that power the entire customer lifecycle-from acquisition to retention and expansion. You will play a key part in shaping and evolving the Customer Success technology ecosystem, with a strong focus on platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud and Gainsight. Working in a highly collaborative and data-driven environment, you will design and improve operational workflows that directly impact customer experience, churn reduction, and revenue growth. This position offers autonomy to implement end-to-end solutions, integrate tools, and optimize operational efficiency using automation and AI. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success, BI, and Systems teams to ensure scalable and reliable GTM operations. It is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with business impact in a fast-evolving SaaS environment.

Accountabilities:

• Administer, configure, and continuously improve Gainsight CS, including Rules Engine, Scorecards, CTAs, Playbooks, and Journey Orchestrator.
• Design and implement automations and enhancements for Customer Success operational processes.
• Build and maintain integrations between Gainsight and other tools in the revenue technology stack.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to platform performance and data flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, BI, and Information Systems to evolve solutions.
• Identify and support opportunities to apply AI in operational workflows and revenue processes.
• Ensure best practices in data governance, automation, and system architecture across RevOps tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience administering Gainsight CS in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with integrations between Gainsight and other platforms.
• Knowledge of Customer Success Operations or Revenue Operations concepts and workflows.
• Familiarity with metrics such as churn, health score, NRR, and renewal processes.
• Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, or integration tools.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
• Strong analytical thinking, autonomy, and ability to manage end-to-end solutions.
• Experience in SaaS environments and exposure to scalable revenue systems (differential).
• Exposure to AI-driven automations or operational use cases (differential).
