ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking an Aircon Technician to install, maintain, and service a wide range of air conditioning systems at client sites. You will read blueprints, perform commissioning and testing, and ensure systems operate reliably through preventive and corrective maintenance.

The role requires NITEC/ Higher NITEC in relevant fields and a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Mon-Fri with office hours in a professional industrial environment, reporting to the Supervisor or Management.

Qualificações

• NITEC or Higher NITEC in Air conditioning, Electrical, Mechanical engineering or suitable equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and service a wide range of air conditioning systems at client sites.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints for installations, commissioning, testing, and verification.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective servicing to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Carry out routine servicing including filter cleaning and equipment overhauls.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults to minimise downtime.
• Respond to service calls, breakdowns, and emergency repairs promptly.
• Prepare service reports and obtain client acknowledgement upon completion.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company procedures.

As a Aircon Technician (5 days), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and service a wide range of air conditioning systems, including split, window, and cassette units at client sites.

• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to carry out installations, system commissioning, testing, and performance verification.

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective servicing to ensure air conditioning systems operate efficiently and reliably.

• Conduct routine servicing, including filter cleaning, chemical cleaning, and equipment overhauls.

• Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults, identifying root causes to minimise system downtime.

• Install, replace, and repair faulty components such as compressors, fan coil motors, and other air conditioning equipment.

• Respond promptly to service calls, breakdowns, emergency repairs, and maintenance requests.

• Prepare accurate service reports and maintain detailed records of all installation, maintenance, and repair work, obtaining client acknowledgement upon completion.

• Adhere to workplace safety regulations, company service standards, work procedures, and client requirements to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.

• Carry out any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

• NITEC or Higher NITEC in Air conditioning, Electrical, Mechanical engineering or suitable equivalent.
