ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Aircon Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems at client sites across the region. You will interpret blueprints, perform commissioning, and ensure systems operate efficiently through preventive maintenance.

The role requires at least 2 years in the field, with NITEC qualifications in air conditioning or related engineering, and will involve responding to service calls and producing detailed service reports.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• NITEC or Higher NITEC in air conditioning, electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and service a wide range of air conditioning systems, including split, window, and cassette units at client sites.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to carry out installations, system commissioning, testing, and performance verification.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective servicing to ensure air conditioning systems operate efficiently and reliably.
• Conduct routine servicing, including filter cleaning, chemical cleaning, and equipment overhauls.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults, identifying root causes to minimise system downtime.
• Install, replace, and repair faulty components such as compressors, fan coil motors, and other air conditioning equipment.
• Respond promptly to service calls, breakdowns, emergency repairs, and maintenance requests.
• Prepare accurate service reports and maintain detailed records of all installation, maintenance, and repair work, obtaining client acknowledgement upon completion.
• Adhere to workplace safety regulations, company service standards, work procedures, and client requirements to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
• Carry out any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
