Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel Brazil is seeking an Air Import Analyst to support customers and strengthen commercial relationships within the Freight Forwarding team. You will develop, retain, and support customers, acting as the main local contact to ensure customer satisfaction and timely shipments.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in related fields, experience in shipment tracking, knowledge of air freight operations, and intermediate English.

• Prepare and follow up on spot quotations.

• Clarify customer inquiries related to bookings.
• Ensure compliance with agreed transit times and commercial conditions.
• Ensure the accurate creation and preparation of shipment files and related documentation.
• Work closely with internal teams to support customer requirements and operational performance.
