Röhlig Logistics GmbH in São Paulo is seeking an Air Export Operator to manage end-to-end air export operations, coordinating international shipments from origin to destination.

You will prepare shipping documents, liaise with carriers, crews, exporters and customers, and ensure timely shipment visibility. English reading/writing required; Spanish a nice-to-have; higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full routine of Air Export operations.
• Coordinate international shipments from origin to destination.
• Issue and manage shipping documentation: HAWB, MAWB, AWB.
• Perform local and destination follow-ups for shipment visibility.
• Confirm shipments and monitor deadlines.
• Manage process invoicing and related documentation.
• Prepare Intercompany and local quotations.
• Request quotations and communicate with airlines/carriers.
• Arrange pickups with carriers and bookings with airlines.
• Maintain communication with exporters, overseas agents, and customers.
• Support other department activities as required.
