We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to help enterprise clients design, implement, and scale AI-powered solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent-based architectures.

In this role, you will act as a hands‑on technical leader, partnering closely with client stakeholders and cross‑functional engineering teams to transform business challenges into scalable AI solutions. You will provide architectural guidance, accelerate technical execution, and establish repeatable implementation patterns across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the implementation of enterprise AI solutions, including LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and multi‑agent systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and production‑ready technical architectures.
• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders, architects, engineers, and delivery teams throughout solution design and implementation.
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise ecosystems through APIs, microservices, CRM, ERP, and internal platforms.
• Define architecture decisions balancing scalability, reliability, security, performance, and operational cost.
• Promote best practices for MLOps/LLMOps, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Guide cloud‑native development, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments.
• Evaluate emerging AI frameworks, tools, and architectural patterns to recommend the best technical approach.
• Participate in technical workshops, solution discovery sessions, and architecture discussions with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Help establish reusable implementation patterns and technical standards across AI initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cloud Architecture, or related technical leadership roles.
• Strong experience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions in production environments.
• Hands‑on experience with: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Hugging Face, or other LLM providers. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or similar. AI orchestration frameworks including LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, or equivalent.
• Advanced Python development skills.
• Experience building APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, including AI‑related services.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform (or similar IaC tools), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of MLOps/LLMOps practices, observability, monitoring, and model lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with enterprise clients.
• Professional English communication skills.

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience building multi‑agent or autonomous AI systems.
• Background in Platform Engineering, AIOps, or Data Engineering.
• Experience with event‑driven architectures and real‑time systems.
• Knowledge of AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure AI, or similar managed AI platforms.
• Experience integrating AI into customer‑facing products or enterprise operational workflows.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or Datadog.
• Experience mentoring engineers or acting as Technical Lead or Solution Architect.
