CI&T is seeking a highly skilled MID Software Engineer, AI-First Development to build modern, scalable software that leverages AI to boost engineering productivity. You will own end-to-end services and automate repetitive tasks in a fast-paced AI-driven environment.

You will work with Java, Python, Azure, Azure Databricks, and microservices, collaborating with global teams to deliver cloud-native enterprise applications and advance AI adoption across projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong experience with Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake.
• Proven experience designing and developing enterprise-grade microservices and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Git, automated testing frameworks, and Agile software development.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

We are seeking a highly skilled MID Software Engineer, AI-First Development who is
passionate about building modern, scalable software while leveraging Artificial Intelligence to
dramatically improve engineering productivity.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who embraces AI-first software development,
automates repetitive engineering tasks, and takes end-to-end ownership of the services they
build.

The ideal candidate is an expert in Java, Python, Azure, Azure Databricks, Microservices, and modern SDLC practices, with proven experience delivering cloud-native enterpriseapplications. Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for an engineer who actively uses AI toaccelerate software delivery, improve code quality, automate engineering workflows, and
increase developer productivity.
