BairesDev is hiring an AI Engineer (Python) to contribute to production-grade AI assistant capabilities. You will help build RAG pipelines and workflows over structured and unstructured sources, extend frontend where needed, and ensure robust evaluation of AI behavior.

This fully remote role offers flexible hours and global collaboration. Ideal candidates have 7+ years of software development, Python expertise, experience with LangChain/LangGraph, and a track record running an LLM in production.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficient in Python.
• Familiarity with LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience running an LLM system in production.
• Experience with RAG pipelines.
• Experience with AWS.
• Availability to work PST hours.
• Advanced level of English.
