Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an AI Engineer (Python) to contribute to the agent and retrieval layer of an enterprise AI assistant used daily by thousands of employees. You’ll work primarily in Python with some frontend work, on a production system that evolves continuously.

You will support workflows and RAG pipelines, extend the frontend when needed, and ensure high-quality AI behavior with robust evaluation coverage. This is a 100% remote role with USD-based compensation and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with Python.
• Familiarity with LangChain or LangGraph.
• An LLM system you've kept running in production.
• Experience with RAG pipelines.
• Experience with AWS.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities
