Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an experienced AI Engineer (Python) to contribute to the agent and retrieval layer of an enterprise AI assistant used by thousands. You’ll primarily work in Python, with frontend touches, on a production system that evolves continuously.

You’ll build workflows and RAG pipelines over structured and unstructured sources, support evaluation of AI behavior, and help extend the frontend as needed. This is 100% remote with competitive USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with Python.
• Familiarity with LangChain or LangGraph.
• An LLM system you've kept running in production.
• Experience with RAG pipelines.
• Experience with AWS.
• Availability to work PST hours.
• Advanced level of English.
