Job summary

BairesDev is hiring an AI Engineer (Python) to contribute to production-grade AI assistants and RAG pipelines. You will help build workflows, support evaluation of AI behavior, and extend frontend components as needed.

The role targets engineers with 7+ years of software development experience, strong Python skills, LangChain or LangGraph familiarity, and production-grade LLM operations. Strong English and PST-hour availability are required for a global remote team.

Qualifications

• An LLM system you've kept running in production.
