About the role

As an AI Content Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in launching edrone in Mexico, a key strategic region for our LATAM growth. The role focuses on building a scalable, AI‑powered education system that deflects support, accelerates activation, and drives organic acquisition.

What you’ll be doing

• AI‑Driven Content Generation & Maintenance: Design and implement workflows using Generative AI to quickly draft, localize, and update technical documentation and Help Center articles based on feature updates.
• Template Engineering: Develop and maintain a library of eCommerce Automation Templates, ensuring a semi‑automated, scalable creation process across use cases.
• SEO Strategy and Organic Acquisition: Identify high‑intent, low‑competition keywords in the Mexican e‑commerce niche; use AI tools for efficient topic clustering and content mapping; write and publish strategic blog articles, optimizing AI drafts for native quality.
• Support Deflection & Chatbot Integration: Build and maintain the Help Center (Knowledge Base), optimizing content for AI chatbots (e.g., training a bot to handle first‑line support queries).
• Content Performance Analysis: Use analytics to measure content’s impact on support ticket deflection and PQL generation, iterating based on data.

Who you are

• 2+ years of experience writing technical content, documentation, or SEO‑focused B2B blog posts.
• (A must): Proven experience or strong interest in using Generative AI tools (prompts for drafting, localization, or summarization) to accelerate content production workflows.
• (A must): Native Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for producing high‑quality, market‑appropriate materials.
• (A must): Previous experience or strong understanding of business terminology and content consumption habits within the Mexican market.
• Proven ability to create engaging video tutorials (Loom or similar).

What the success looks like

• Organic Traffic: Increase in the volume of organic visitors to the blog/website.
• Support Deflection Rate: Percentage of users who find the answer in the Help Center/AI chatbot before submitting a ticket.
• Content Velocity: Volume of new or updated content published per month.
