Job Overview
We are looking for an Agile Coach to lead and monitor the maturity of tribes within a large healthcare client as part of an agile transformation. This role involves guiding teams and leaders in adopting and evolving agile practices, ensuring effective deliveries aligned with strategic needs, while adhering to the established and adapted framework.
Responsibilities
- Map teams and facilitate the launch of tribes, defining roles and responsibilities, and addressing challenges.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring productivity and focus on team goals.
- Train and support teams and leadership in implementing agile practices, providing feedback, and removing obstacles.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to promote continuous improvement.
- Align Product Owners and other departments, facilitating communication and prioritization.
- Support backlog and sprint management, ensuring clarity and prioritization.
- Manage conflicts and organizational challenges, fostering collaboration and learning.
- Promote agile culture through training and mentoring.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or similar roles in agile environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, facilitation experience, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to motivate and influence stakeholders towards agile adoption.
- Experience with OKRs, agile metrics, and performance management frameworks.
Certifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- Kanban System Design (KSD)
- Kanban System Improvement (KSI)
- Kanban Maturity Model (KMM) (desirable)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with agile transformations in large companies or healthcare sector.
- Experience in multi-tribe environments, scaling, and digital transformation.
- Knowledge of Business Agility, Lean Portfolio Management, and Design Thinking.
