As an Advertising Sales, Account Executive, you will use your experience selling digital advertising solutions to large advertisers and their ad agencies in Brazil to successfully grow and scale the domestic revenues. Through client-side and agency relationships, a consultative approach and understanding of the digital advertising landscape, you will act as a strategic partner to your assigned brands or clients and sell a broad range of advertising solutions that will ensure that their business goals are met. You will further use your cold-calling, networking and prospecting skills to identify, develop and manage new accounts or brands that will complement our existing roster and help you reach your personal revenue targets. As an individual contributor, you’ll be supported by our operations team and will benefit from working alongside the leadership team that has charted our explosive growth.

Key job responsibilities

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven AE with a true hunter mentality to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will excel at prospecting, cold calling, and building a robust sales pipeline from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic cold calling and targeted prospecting
  2. Develop and execute a systematic approach to lead generation and client acquisition
  3. Manage and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline using CRM tools
  4. Qualify and nurture leads through effective communication and compelling pitches
  5. Balance high-volume outreach with targeted, high-value client engagement
  6. Demonstrate resilience and discipline in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  7. Convert initial contacts into qualified sales opportunities
Required Skills:
  1. Proven track record of successful cold calling and business development
  2. Strong ability to work under pressure and maintain high performance
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Proficiency in CRM platforms
  5. Goal-oriented mindset with a relentless drive to succeed
Basic Qualifications

  • Marketing, Advertising, Media and/or Online Advertising experience
