Job Description:

• To handle accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
• To handle payment vouchers and sales reports.
• To perform month end closing activities.
• To liaise with external auditors as and when required.
• To ensure compliance with corporate, statutory and tax regulations.
• To perform any other accounting / administration duties when assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and schedules; and good computer knowledge.
• Self-driven, independent and team-player.
• Well versed in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates).
