EBC Lifestyle Hub Pte Ltd in Brazil's Região Norte is seeking an organized accounting assistant to manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate postings and timely reconciliations.

You will process employee expense claims and reimbursements, assist in maintaining the Fixed Asset Register, and perform day-to-day accounting and administrative duties. On-the-job training will be provided to support your development.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
• Process and manage employee expense claims and reimbursements.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the Fixed Asset Register.
• Perform day-to-day accounting and administrative duties as required.
• Work independently while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Support other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
