Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven consultant to map accounting firm needs, identify automation opportunities, and drive productivity gains. You will lead adoption journeys with the Customer Success team, plan implementations, and present value-driven solutions to executives.

Responsibilities include planning projects, tracking digital maturity, and liaising between customers and internal teams to feed continuous solution improvements.

Qualificações

• Experience with SaaS, ERP, or accounting automation solutions.
• Strong consultative advisory capability and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication with technical and executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct consultative assessments of accounting firms, mapping pain points, objectives, and operational efficiency opportunities
• Analyze accounting and operational processes to identify bottlenecks, automation opportunities, and productivity gains
• Lead the adoption journey for solutions within the ecosystem, ensuring engagement and effective usage in partnership with the Customer Success team
• Plan and monitor technology solution implementation projects
• Present ecosystem products strategically and with a value-driven approach, fostering interest, adoption, and expanded usage
• Lead executive meetings with partners and managers, demonstrating impacts on productivity, costs, and results
• Track usage, digital maturity, and customer progress metrics
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, generating insights and feedback to support solution enhancement
