Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, seeks an experienced corporate accountant to lead group-wide consolidation and prepare consolidated financial statements with intercompany eliminations. You will analyze monthly results and ensure accuracy of income statements across entities.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, strong CPC/IFRS knowledge, and advanced Excel with SAP ERP and BI tools. Experience in multinational environments is a plus, with a focus on compliance and insightful reporting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Solid experience in corporate accounting, financial consolidation, or controllership.

• Lead the group-wide consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations and validation of consolidated balances.
• Analyze monthly results to support consolidated financial reporting.
• Prepare and review income statements by entity, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the information.
• Participate in the preparation and review of standalone and consolidated financial statements, including notes to the financial statements.
• Support the preparation, analysis, and provision of statutory accounting information for internal and external reporting purposes.
• Analyze variances and identify material accounting impacts on results.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, statutory analyses, and executive presentations for leadership.
• Ensure accounting information complies with CPC and IFRS standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement and automation projects for accounting and consolidation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Solid experience in Corporate Accounting, Financial Consolidation, or Controllership.
• Advanced knowledge of results analysis and financial indicators.
• Proven experience in accounting and financial consolidation, including intercompany eliminations.
• In-depth knowledge of the structure and analysis of the income statement.
• In-depth knowledge of statutory accounting and CPC and IFRS standards.
• Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and notes to the financial statements.
• Knowledge of the requirements related to CPC 15 (Business Combinations).
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, Power Query, and complex formulas.
• Experience with SAP ERP.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to prepare executive presentations.
• Preferred: experience working for large companies or in multinational environments.
• Preferred: knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Preferred: experience with corporate integration, M&A, or corporate restructuring projects.
