Shô is looking for a proactive Projects Manager to join the Affiliates team in Brazil. You will drive growth by expanding YouTube Shopping and partnerships on Facebook and Instagram Hub, coordinating cross‑channel campaigns.

You will track results, report to leadership, plan releases with Product, and implement a comprehensive communications plan including webinars and emails, all within a collaborative hybrid work environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business (preferred).
• Advanced Excel and MS Office knowledge required.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage projects within the Affiliates department.
• Expand YouTube Shopping, Facebook and Instagram Hub initiatives.
• Track project results and report to management.
• Coordinate campaigns with affiliates and creators to grow channel relevance.
• Plan releases with Product team and communicate features to partners.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive communication plan (webinars, emails, help center).
• Identify risks and plan mitigations for new releases.

Job Description

Your Mission

Manage projects within the Affiliates department, mainly expanding Youtube Shopping, Facebook and Instagram Hub.

What will your day-to-day be like?

• Plan and implement projects with other various marketing/BD channels within the company
• Track results of each project delivered and give visibility for the management/Head of department
• Track results of each partnership
• Highlight growth opportunities and facilitate solutions with partner
• Coordinate campaigns with affiliates and creators in order to grow relevance in Youtube/Meta Hub channels
• Plan new releases for affiliates and partners, working closely with Product team
• Implement a complete communication plan, combining webinars, help center, emails, etc
• Guarantee that all impacted areas and partners are communicated with the new features
• Map potential risks for new releases and plan accordingly

Requirements

What do you need to take on the challenge?

• Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing or business
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office and Excel Knowledge
• Advanced English
• Past experience in e-commerce, creator industry or advertising agency will be an added advantage
