Job summary

INDO SUEZ TRADING PTE. LTD. seeks a senior accounting leader to manage full accounting and finance operations, drive month-end close, and oversee AR/AP/GL/Fixed assets. You will prepare GST and tax schedules and liaise with auditors and banks to ensure compliance and reporting quality.

The role requires 5+ years in accounting, strong ERP experience, and expertise in InvoiceNow (Peppol). You will mentor staff and advance digital invoicing initiatives with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related discipline.
• ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of local accounting standards, GST, corporate tax, and compliance.
• Hands-on ERP experience with Xero, SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle or similar.
• Proficient in InvoiceNow (Peppol) and electronic invoicing benefits.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales and business development team to identify client needs and recommend suitable accounting and digital invoicing solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain the business benefits of InvoiceNow (Peppol) to prospective clients.
• Support customer onboarding, implementation, and after-sales service for accounting software and e-invoicing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with ERP or accounting software such as Xero, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar.
• Good understanding of InvoiceNow (Peppol), electronic invoicing processes, and their benefits for businesses in Singapore.
• Sales or business development experience in accounting software, ERP systems, digital solutions, or professional services will be an added advantage.
• Ability to present solutions confidently and engage with customers.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in accounting firms, software vendors, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience in trading, import & export, manufacturing, or logistics industries.
• Familiarity with accounting software implementation and client training.
• Existing network within the Singapore SME market is an advantage.
