Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in business/finance, have basic Excel skills, and demonstrate organizational discipline and proactive communication. Training and mentorship are available to develop core cost/control capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support billing activities by monitoring invoice issuance and payment tracking.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable routines.
• Contribute to the organization and updating of financial information.
• Support the preparation of periodic financial reports and controls.
• Assist with cost analysis and the identification of opportunities to optimize expenses.
• Support interactions with internal teams, ensuring alignment on financial requests.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the department’s processes and controls.
