Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee a high volume of digital ad campaigns maintaining relationships with advertisers and agencies ensuring they are meeting their objectives.
  2. Retain and grow revenue within your accounts by maintaining high engagement with agencies.
  3. Gain an understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed.
  4. Deep product and ads solution knowledge in order to provide the best recommendation for agencies.
  5. Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally and to partners.
  6. Upsell/cross-sell/activate existing and new accounts.
  7. Build and manage client relationships through proactive outreach methods (outbound dials | email) and securing ongoing cadence meetings.
Basic Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 1.5 years in Full Sales Cycle experience, targeting businesses with at least 6 months sales experience with interaction/knowledge of Agency relations, digital marketing, media, advertising. Most recently functioning as an Account Manager Seller, responsible for managing a book of business, nurturing client relationships, consultative upselling.
  2. Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree.
  2. Minimum of 1 year of digital marketing experience managing campaigns in any online ad platforms.
  3. Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing and advertising.
  4. Utilization of interpersonal skills to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
  5. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  6. Experience working with CRM systems and ability to surface sales/process/technical insights from customer conversations.
  7. Experience using Excel, Salesforce, Google Workspace (including Gmail) and Digital Marketing.
