Account Manager - Lead Client Relationships with Confidence and Precision

Are you an assertive , self-confident professional with the ability to manage client relationships in a fast-paced environment? Wisenetix is looking for a self-starter Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and the company. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding clients' needs and goals, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities . Your proactive , results-oriented approach will be key in maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our clients.

This position is perfect for someone who is persuasive , has strong communication skills , and is able to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively. You will manage multiple accounts, track project progress, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service. If you are someone who thrives in high-urgency situations, can handle multiple tasks , and has a strong ability to think macro , this is the role for you.

The Opportunity

As an Account Manager at Wisenetix, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing client relationships , acting as the main point of contact between clients and the company.
  • Understanding the client's needs and goals , ensuring their satisfaction with our services or products.
  • Creating business proposals and actively participating in negotiations .
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value.
  • Tracking the progress of projects and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
  • Solving problems and working on client retention to maintain strong partnerships.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Monitoring and analyzing account performance metrics to drive improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in account management or customer service .
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and management tools .
  • Understanding of the market and the product/service offered .
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics .
  • Fluency in English (depending on the company and market).
