Account Manager - Lead Client Relationships with Confidence and Precision
Are you an assertive , self-confident professional with the ability to manage client relationships in a fast-paced environment? Wisenetix is looking for a self-starter Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and the company. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding clients' needs and goals, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities . Your proactive , results-oriented approach will be key in maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our clients.
This position is perfect for someone who is persuasive , has strong communication skills , and is able to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively. You will manage multiple accounts, track project progress, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
