About The Role
The Account Manager at Billor is a data-driven individual passionate about customer service. The role involves helping truck drivers achieve their goals while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute strategies to maximize revenue per truck, catering to different driver profiles, using data analysis.
- Negotiate rates with Freight Brokers to ensure profitability, seeking competitive rates per mile and total freight.
- Monitor driver activities to optimize service hours and productivity.
- Balance home time requests with operational needs for billing and driver satisfaction.
- Communicate daily with drivers to enhance productivity and reduce turnover.
- Track cargo from dispatch to delivery, resolving issues as they arise.
- Complete administrative tasks, including documentation and monitoring driver progress.
- Update load information on the Billor platform from pickup to delivery.
- Maintain relationships with Freight Brokers.
- Monitor fleet status and keep stakeholders updated.
- Track performance indicators related to fleet and revenue.
- Plan revenue goals and weekly strategies with drivers.
Requisitos
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Assertive communication with problem-solving focus.
- Resilient and persistent, capable of dealing with diverse profiles.
- Commercial skills with experience working towards aggressive goals.
- Previous experience as an account manager.
- Proactive and results-oriented.
- On-site/Hybrid in Joinville, SC.
