About The Role

The Account Manager at Billor is data-driven and passionate about customer service. The role involves helping truck drivers achieve their goals while adhering to safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  1. Plan and execute strategies to maximize revenue per truck, using data to meet the needs of different driver profiles.
  2. Negotiate competitive rates with Freight Brokers to ensure profitability.
  3. Monitor driver activities to optimize service hours.
  4. Balance home time requests with operational needs.
  5. Communicate daily with drivers to enhance productivity and reduce turnover.
  6. Track cargo from dispatch to delivery and resolve issues.
  7. Complete administrative documentation and monitor driver progress.
  8. Update load information in the Billor platform.
  9. Maintain relationships with Freight Brokers.
  10. Monitor fleet status and keep stakeholders updated.
  11. Track performance indicators for fleet and revenue.
  12. Plan revenue goals and weekly strategies with drivers.

Requisitos

  1. Fluent in English and Portuguese.
  2. Strong negotiation skills.
  3. Passionate about customer service.
  4. Assertive communication skills focused on problem-solving.
  5. Resilient and persistent, capable of dealing with various profiles.
  6. Commercial skills and ability to work towards aggressive goals.
  7. Previous experience as an account manager.
  8. Proactive with results-oriented focus.
  9. On-site/Hybrid in Joinville, SC.
