Our US-based client is seeking a remote Account Manager with a background in B2B tech or software sales. This role is client-facing and will help bridge communication between external stakeholders and internal teams.
Responsibilities:- Participate in client calls (as a facilitator, not a lead)
- Communicate effectively across teams, specifically with the clients. Timings: 8am PST to 4pm PST (sometimes until 5pm PST) for customer-facing meetings. For other work, flexible work hours.
- Support project tracking using tools like Jira
- Understand and interpret Statements of Work (SOWs), track the progress, help coordinate customer-facing tasks, take notes created from the meetings.
- Take detailed meeting notes and follow up on action items
- For urgent matters only, be available to respond in the evenings/weekends
Requirements:- Previous experience in B2B tech or software sales
- Strong verbal English communication skills
- Basic project management knowledge
- Professional demeanor with client-facing experience
- Must provide their own remote working setup including video call, good audio, etc. For urgent matters, only have a local phone for the CEO to connect.
- 10 PTOs plus 10 US holidays per year
