CAE Defence & Security – Indo-Pacific is seeking an Account Executive to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales execution in an assigned territory and platform.

You will be the primary contact for training bookings, responding to inquiries by phone and email, and coordinating with Training Services, Operations, Key Accounts and Sales to ensure smooth scheduling and accurate CRM records.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for training booking inquiries.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries by phone or email with accurate training options and scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and booking information in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with Training Services, Operations, Key Accounts and Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Advocate for customers and serve as a subject matter expert for the platform.
  • Manage revenue bookings in the assigned territory and align details with customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain client relationships; act as trusted advisor on training scheduling.
  • Address concerns before and after trainings by identifying solutions and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer concerns until resolution.
  • Ensure reporting and CRM data entry are completed accurately and on time.

The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales execution within an assigned territory and platform.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and training requests, ensuring timely responses, accurate booking management, and effective coordination across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service requests related to training bookings.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email and provide accurate information regarding training options and scheduling.
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer records and booking information within the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with Training Services, Operations, Key Accounts, and Sales teams to support a seamless customer experience.
  • Act as an advocate for customers and a subject matter resource for the assigned platform.
  • Manage revenue bookings within the assigned territory and ensure booking details align with customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor regarding training scheduling needs.
  • Address customer concerns before and after training events by identifying solutions, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Monitor and follow through on customer concerns until resolution.
  • Ensure all reporting and CRM data entry activities are completed accurately and within established deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant customer service, account management, sales support, or related professional experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing customer interactions via phone and email.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and enter data into CRM systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-5 years of related industry experience.
  • Experience supporting training, aviation, transportation, or related service-based industries.
  • Working knowledge of FAR Part 91 and FAR Part 135 regulations.
  • Experience working with corporate flight departments and/or charter operators.
  • Pilot's license.
  • Negotiation skills and experience supporting customer retention initiatives.
