Jobtailor is seeking an Identity and Access Management specialist in São Paulo to manage access provisioning, lifecycle, and certification across Microsoft and AWS environments. You will implement RBAC and SoD controls, automate tasks using PowerShell, Python and Power Automate, and interact with Security and Audit teams to ensure compliance.

You will contribute to continuous improvement, maintain IAM documentation, and support audits while leveraging SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta or CyberArk

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
Experience with Access Management and IAM processes in Microsoft and AWS environments.
Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID), AWS access management, and related solutions.
Understanding of RBAC, SoD, Least Privilege, and Identity Lifecycle concepts.
Experience automating tasks with Power Automate, PowerShell, Bash, Python or similar tools.
Knowledge of IAM security controls including PAM.
Ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
Experience with IAM platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, CyberArk, One Identity, IBM Verify or similar.
Experience with SQL and data manipulation; hands-on with access certification processes.
Familiarity with ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST CSF and CIS Controls; relevant certifications.

Responsabilidades

Execute processes for granting, modifying, revoking and reviewing access in corporate systems.
Handle onboarding, transfers and offboarding within Identity lifecycle.
Ensure access processes comply with Information Security policies and controls.
Support audits by providing evidence related to access controls.
Manage requests, incidents and requisitions related to Access Management.
Maintain process, procedure and control documentation.
Monitor metrics and support IAM performance indicators.
Identify opportunities to standardize and automate operational processes.
Develop scripts, integrations and automations using Power Automate, PowerShell, Bash, Python or similar.
Dedicate at least 30% of time to continuous improvement and automation.
Collaborate with Technology, Security, Audit and Business units for proper access management.

Prepare and keep up-to-date the area's process, procedure and control documentation
Monitor operational indicators and support the definition of metrics to track the IAM discipline

Dedicate at least 30% of work time to continuous improvement, automation and process optimization
Support initiatives and projects related to the maturity advancement of Identity and Access Management
Interact with Technology, Information Security, Audit and Business areas to ensure proper management of corporate access

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
Experience with Access Management and/or Identity Management (IAM) processes in Microsoft and AWS environments
Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), access management in AWS or equivalent solutions
Understanding of RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), Segregation of Duties (SoD), the Principle of Least Privilege and Identity Lifecycle concepts
Experience automating tasks using Power Automate, PowerShell, Bash, Python or similar scripting and RPA technologies
Knowledge of Information Security controls related to access management, including privileged access management (PAM)
Analytical ability to identify improvement opportunities and achieve operational efficiency gains
Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, CyberArk, One Identity, IBM Verify or similar
Experience with SQL and data manipulation
Hands-on experience with access certification and recertification processes
Knowledge of frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST CSF and CIS Controls
Relevant certifications in Information Security, IAM, AWS or Microsoft technologies

Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes, including automation and optimization of access controls. Proficient in scripting and integration using Power Automate, PowerShell, and Python, with a strong understanding of Information Security policies and compliance standards.
