Jobtailor seeks an Identity & Access Management engineer to support corporate SSO platforms and PingFederate environments, ensuring secure, available authentication services across teams.

You will onboard applications via SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect, troubleshoot authentication flows, and collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to maintain reliable access.

Qualificações

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English (B2 or higher) for international environments.
• Experience in Identity and Access Management, Single Sign-On, identity federation, and enterprise authentication.
• Experience administering PingFederate or other IAM and SSO platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect protocols.
• Experience onboarding applications and maintaining SSO integrations.
• Experience troubleshooting authentication, authorization, federation, and app integration failures.
• Experience supporting production environments and IAM services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational and engineering support for corporate SSO and IAM platforms.
• Administer, configure, and maintain Ping Identity environments, focusing on PingFederate (and PingAccess/PingOne when applicable).
• Ensure stability, availability, security, and performance of authentication and access controls.
• Onboard new applications using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Investigate and resolve failures in authentication flows and IAM services.
• Analyze logs with Splunk or equivalent tools to diagnose incidents and identify improvements.
• Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Execute health checks and monitor identity platforms' availability and performance.
• Manage queues for incidents and requests with proper logging and communication.
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with engineers to resolve them.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable authentication and access services.
• Keep procedures and knowledge bases up to date.
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Provide operational and engineering support for corporate Single Sign-On and Identity and Access Management platforms
• Administer, configure, and maintain Ping Identity environments, focusing on PingFederate and, when applicable, PingAccess and PingOne
• Ensure the stability, availability, security, and performance of authentication and access control services
• Implement, maintain, and update configurations for applications integrated with the SSO environment
• Onboard new applications using standards and protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect
• Perform configuration changes related to authentication, authorization, identity federation, and access policies
• Investigate and resolve failures in authentication flows, SSO integrations, and Identity and Access Management services
• Analyze logs using Splunk or equivalent tools to diagnose incidents and identify improvement opportunities
• Participate in incident investigations and response efforts, contributing to root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
• Execute health checks and monitor the availability, performance, and operational integrity of identity platforms
• Manage request and incident queues, ensuring proper logging, prioritization, follow-up, communication, and resolution
• Perform technical escalations and collaborate with engineers and specialists to resolve higher-complexity issues
• Work collaboratively with application, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure reliable authentication and access services
• Keep technical procedures, operational documentation, and knowledge bases up to date
• Contribute to automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives for identity and access management services.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
• Advanced English (B2 or higher), with the ability to communicate in an international environment
• Equivalent professional experience in identity and authentication technologies may also be considered
• Practical experience in Identity and Access Management, Single Sign-On, identity federation, and enterprise authentication platforms
• Experience administering and supporting PingFederate or other enterprise IAM and SSO platforms
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect protocols
• Understanding of concepts and processes related to authentication, authorization, identity federation, and access management
• Experience onboarding applications and maintaining SSO integrations in corporate environments
• Experience troubleshooting authentication, authorization, federation, and application integration failures
• Experience supporting production environments and authentication platforms critical to the business
• Knowledge of Incident Management, Incident Response, Request Management, and Production Support processes
• Experience with log analysis and use of monitoring or observability tools
• Ability to manage incident and request queues, perform configuration changes, and elevate complex issues when necessary
• Autonomy, analytical skills, organization, and ease of collaborating with application, infrastructure, security, and engineering teams.
