Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a relevant field is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

• Oversee daily workshop operations, managing workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Supervise, train, and mentor workshop staff to ensure high levels of performance and quality.
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and safe to operate.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with management to develop production schedules and set performance targets.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics, employee performance, and safety incidents.
