Job summary

Havelock One Interiors is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee end-to-end execution at allocated sites, coordinating with vendors, sub-contractors and labour to meet defined deadlines. The role requires conducting site surveys and setting out interior finishes, with regular progress updates to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent recognised qualification.
• 5–8 years of site supervision experience.
• Proficient in CAD, MS Projects, Excel and Word.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute end-to-end works on site with proper delegation and coordination with vendors, sub-contractors and labour.
• Conduct site surveys and mark interior finishes on site.
• Prepare work program/scheduling using MS Projects and daily site reports with progress photos.
• Coordinate with multiple trades (MEP, Mall, Landlord, Tenant) and ensure safety and first-aid compliance.
• Attend site meetings with clients and PM, document discussions and follow up on action items.
• Manage daily timesheets and arrange extended hours, weekends, or night shifts as required.
• Check as-built quantities and report for final account purposes.

Role Summary

Supervise and execute end to end work at assigned site by proper delegation and coordination with vendors, sub-contractors, and labour within the defined deadlines and share regular updates with Project manager.

Role Description

• Should conduct Site Surveys.
• Setting out/Marking - Interior finishes on site
• Prepare Work program/Scheduling of Project preferably in MS Projects.
• Prepare Daily/Regular Site Reports with necessary progress pictures and report to PM
• Handle/plan and delegate workers/charge hands depending on work requirement.
• Coordinate and follow up with several Trades on site - MEP, Mall, Landlord, Tenant etc.
• Adhere and Monitor Safety/First Aid aspects on site - periodically
• Report/highlight to PM immediately in case of any discrepancy on site vs drawings, emergency, accident etc.
• Liaise/Follow up with Factory team for Manufacturing/Delivery of required Joinery Items - per project requirement
• Attend site meeting with client along with PM to record discussions and prepare/act on points discussed
• Book time sheet of workers on a daily basis
• Willing to work for extended hours, weekends, and night shifts - as/if required
• Able to check as built quantities by subcontractors and submit report at time of completion of project for final account purposes

Candidate Requirements
