Job summary

Asmacs is seeking a production supervisor to oversee daily factory operations, including fabrication, welding, and machine activities. The role requires interpreting fabrication drawings and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to keep production on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in sheet metal fabrication, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of fabrication processes and finishing techniques.

Qualifications

Key Skills & Requirement

• Excellent ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of detailing for bespoke interior metal fabrication and sheet metal components.
• Hands‑on experience in sheet metal fabrication processes, including cutting line drawings.
• Knowledge of sheet metal machinery: laser cutting, bending, welding, machining, and powder coating processes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and production management systems.
• Ability to train new fabricators and welders on fabrication processes and standards.
• Skilled in coordinating with stakeholders and aligning production schedules effectively.
