Job summary

Allianz Partners seeks a Wellness Coordinator in Bahrain to establish and lead a regional wellness function, designing, implementing and evaluating comprehensive programs that add value to customers and enhance product offerings.

You will collaborate with BD, MARCOM, HR and providers to deliver campaigns, analyze results, maintain calendars, and negotiate discounted wellness packages while ensuring service levels and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and executing wellness programs.
• Ability to gather and analyze data to measure program success.
• Strong coordination with cross-functional teams (BD, MARCOM, HR).
• Proficient in MS Office and internet research.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, market and execute wellness initiatives aligned with customer needs.
• Analyze data and prepare statistical summaries and campaign reports.
• Support BD with tender submissions and wellness presentations.
• Create and update wellness processes and maintain the monthly wellness calendar.
• Build and maintain a provider wellness database and negotiate discounted packages.
• Coordinate with MARCOM and MPM to develop materials and campaigns.
• Lead special wellness projects and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Stay updated on national wellness initiatives and ensure data governance and security.
