Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is required.
• At least 2 years of marketing experience at executive or officer level, preferably in a B2C or training environment.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, and IT tools; strong negotiation skills.
• Experience in professional networking and attending industry events.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee comprehensive marketing plans for assigned areas of responsibility.
• Manage marketing and communication strategies for individual projects.
• Design and implement digital campaigns, expanding the organization’s social media presence.
• Collaborate with project managers and coordinators to meet their marketing and communication needs.
• Assess the effectiveness and reach of marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Design Team to develop and roll out marketing strategies.
• Ensure adherence to the marketing budget set by Finance.
• Support the creation of new marketing materials and leverage emerging media technologies to promote key business areas.
• Build and maintain relationships with preferred suppliers, negotiating for value and service excellence.
