Job summary

Allianz Group is seeking an MPM Manager to support the development, implementation, and management of medical provider networks in Bahrain. The role focuses on ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and accessibility of healthcare services for members, negotiating with providers, and optimizing network performance.

You will collaborate with claims, business development, CRM, operations, and finance while leveraging AI, analytics, and cloud tools, all within a strong data governance framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field; master’s preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare network management.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust network of healthcare providers (hospitals, physicians, diagnostics, ancillary services).
• Negotiate favorable terms with providers to ensure cost-effective care and provider revenues.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with network providers and address concerns promptly.
• Ensure network and contract management compliance with regulations and accreditation standards.
• Monitor network performance metrics (cost, quality, accessibility) and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with claims, business development, CRM, operations, and finance to support organizational goals.
• Prepare and present regular network performance reports to senior leadership.
• Work with AI, data analytics, and cloud-based tools while upholding data governance and security.
