Job summary

leading-edge is seeking a highly motivated Van Salesman to sell FMCG products and achieve targets while maintaining the company vehicle. Join us and contribute to expanding our customer base with strong service orientation.

The role requires driving a GCC license, 2+ years in sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. On-site position with visa and medical insurance provided. 48 hours per week plus overtime when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably FMCG.
• High School Certificate required.
• GCC Valid Light Driving License is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell FMCG products to customers and achieve sales targets.
• Manage relationships with existing customers for satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain the company vehicle in clean and good condition.
• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
• Load/unload products and ensure accurate deliveries.
• Collect payments and reconcile receipts.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Collaborate with sales team to reach targets.

- Location: Bahrain (on-site)

- Age: 25-39 years

- Joining ticket will be provided by the company

- Starting basic salary: BD140+ Accommodation allowance:BD40 +Food(Not Included)

-Commission (Available)

-Working Hrs: 48 working hours per week +OT (when required)

-Basic salary to be increased to BD60 after 6 months based on performance

-30 days annual leave per year + ticket every 2 years

-Employment visa provided by the company +Medical insurance+ transportation provided for the close areas

Job Summary

Our client islooking for a highly motivated and results-driven Van Salesman to sell their products to customers . The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing relationships with customers, and maintaining the company's vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

• - Sell FMCG products to customers , achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base


• - Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty


• - Maintain the company's vehicle, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and in good working condition


• - Conduct daily pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is roadworthy


• - Load and unload products from the vehicle, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery


• - Collect payments from customers and reconcile sales receipts


• - Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly


• - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and share best practices

Requirements

• - High School Certificate


• - Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry
