We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Manama As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for generating leads developing client relationships and closing sales This position is ideal for someone without experience who is looking to gain hands‑on experience in the sales industry

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and develop strategies to approach them
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
• Present products or services to potential clients in a compelling manner
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet targets
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly
• Keep track of sales data including pipeline reports forecasts and activity levels

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Proven experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
• Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Must have valid visa sponsorship for Bahrain
