Job summary

leading-edge is seeking a highly skilled Cooler Technician to install, maintain, and repair coolers and other cooling equipment in Bahrain.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience with refrigerators/coolers, possess a technical HVAC certification, and hold a Bahraini or GCC driving license. The role includes on-site work with visa support, medical insurance, and transportation arrangements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in refrigerators, coolers or chillers.
• Technical certification or diploma in HVAC or related field.
• Valid Bahraini driving license or GCC driving license.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair coolers and other cooling equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with cooling equipment.
• Repair or replace defective parts to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team for new installations and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job description

- Location: Bahrain (on-site)

- Age: 25-45 years

- Joining ticket will be provided by the company

- Starting basic salary: BD180+ Accommodation allowance:BD40 +Food(Not Included)

- Commission (Available)

- Working Hrs: 48 working hours per week +OT (when required)

- Basic salary to be increased to BD20 upon obtaining Bahraini or GCC Driving license(after completion of probation)

- 30 days annual leave per year + ticket every 2 years

- Employment visa provided by the company +Medical insurance+ transportation provided for the close areas

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair coolers and other cooling equipment
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on coolers to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with coolers and other cooling equipment
• Repair or replace defective parts to ensure optimal performance
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for new installations and upgrades
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in refrigerators/coolers/chillers fixing & repairing
• Technical certification or diploma in HVAC or a related field
• Valid Bahraini driving license or (GCC Valid light Driving license)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
