Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Power systems Engineering from an accredited university.
• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Legal right to work in Bahrain without sponsorship.
• Interest in Automation products and Grid Automation.
• Knowledge of protection relays and substation automation.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, creative, high-energy approach with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Technical Sessions: Marketing, opportunities based on installed base and market information.
• L2 Application Support: respond to technical queries and develop custom solutions.
• Support product launches, presentations, spec-in activities, exhibitions, site trials, and approvals.
• Assist investigations of product problems and non-quality issues.
• Support Tendering: align technical and commercial requirements, assist in negotiations.
• Monitor market data, competitor information and evolving customer specs.
• Provide customer support in line with regional strategy and firmware/product changes.
