Job summary

Pramac is seeking an Application Engineer to join the Engineering Team in Bahrain. The role involves selecting power generation products based on client requirements and supporting the sales process from quotation to delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
• Knowledge of power generators; Diesel/Gas/Datacentre is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Understanding of the sales process; sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time-management and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and pursue new sales with customers.
• Must be able to assist in all sales and marketing campaigns, particularly presentations and quotes.

Responsibilities

• Select power generation products based on client requirements.
• Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goals.
• Create and distribute presentations and documents to generate leads.
• Support senior management by processing orders and communicating delays.
• Attend sales training and learn all company products and services.
• Monitor inventory and track new services and products for sale.
• Improve customer satisfaction by responding to emails and processing orders by phone.
• Communicate with sales reps to ensure prompt order processing.
• Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings to maintain month-end sales reports.
