Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Relationship Manager to generate new business in the commercial and SME sectors, retain key clients, and drive revenue growth. You will identify customer needs, offer CSME products, and manage the end-to-end credit application process.

Responsibilities include visiting clients, performing due diligence, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with CBB regulations while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field; higher degree may reduce required experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is required.
• Lower education with extensive experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire potential customers in the commercial and SME sectors.
• Retain existing clients and deepen relationships through cross-selling of CSME products.
• Prepare comprehensive credit applications and manage the disbursement process.
• Ensure compliance with CBB rules and company policies; maintain client satisfaction.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and service continuity for clients.
